My stay at Aloft Osaka Dojima was pretty good overall, with spacious rooms and a fantastic location. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of options, but I did have some issues with the amenities and room arrangements. The staff were super helpful, though, which made a difference.

I booked a Loft Queen Suite for my family, but it wasn't able to accommodate all four of us comfortably since there was no extra bedding. After a rough first night, the hotel kindly moved us to a room next door for free, but I wish we had been more informed about the room's limitations from the start.

The service was a mixed bag. While the staff were generally friendly, I did encounter one person who was a bit unhelpful when I needed assistance with shipping luggage. But most of the team was great and accommodating, which I really appreciated.

Location was one of the highlights. It was really close to several train stations, making it super easy to get around Osaka, and there was a convenience store right across the street. I loved that, especially on days when it rained.

I had a fantastic six-night stay at Aloft Osaka Dojima where everything felt so comfortable and inviting.
